					<description>I loved this but was kinda freaked out by the fact that I understood why you should look for mediastinal lymph node metastases.  Those mediastinal nodes are bastards.  I just had a boatload removed last week.

Anyway, reading blogs like yours leads to things like anesthesiologists asking me if I'm a medical professional. (No, I replied, I've just been through a lot recently and am an obsessive researcher.) Thanks for the education!</description>

					<description>Well, speaking as an English Lit person, I guess he can! But I am more interested by the motivations behind this post.  Are you feeling underappreciated? Is there too much information for the layman in the press which means they may go down a route which is unsuitable?
