Those mediastinal nodes are bastards. I just had a boatload removed last week. Anyway, reading blogs like yours leads to things like anesthesiologists asking me if I'm a medical professional. (No, I replied, I've just been through a lot recently and am an obsessive researcher.) Thanks for the education!
